Returns refunds

At CheekyCraic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In their original packaging

In resalable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back. Return instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
